Maintenance is the way...

for success.   The 4th quarter of 2011 saw another push to get it in the ground. 
   PCDB crews worked over 425 differnet jobsite throughout 2011, most of them doing replacement or relocation of existing utilities.  There were very few new construction jobs.
   The little jobs make way for the big jobs; most of our large work has come from doing the small job first and earning the trust of our clients.
   Maintenance work is slow and full of risks, but we don't mind.  If it were that easy...they would have done it themselves already !
